Oklahoma St. lost to an also ran Oregon team, and now co-champ Texas Tech is being handled by Ole Miss. It is because the Pac 10 and Big 10 do not want to give up the Rose Bowl. Think of it like this, If they were to give up the Rose Bowl for a playoff system, they could potentially lose a lot of money because what if the conferences have a bad year and they do not qualify a team for the playoffs, ... In order to have 6 Conference Championship Games and more money through those CG's. Plus we won't have to hear about how the 12 team conferences have such a harder road to travel. I'm in a 20 team league, it is the most intense thing I've been a part of. we have QB,RB,RB,WR,WR,WR,TE,W/R,W/T,K,D - we also have defensive players, DB,DB (cb's &s's) DL,DL (dl's & lb's) and DB/DL, DB/DL. I'm in the semi-finals, but next year I am thinking of doing a bigger one, but w/ less offens... Read More »

You have to admit it, the SEC has fallen hard fast. They can't be regarded as any better than the 4th best conference right now. Alabama is undefeated, but has the 88th ranked schedule! That is even much worse than pansie USC's 56th ranked. Alabama also should have lost 3-4 games that they squeeked ... Read More »

I know that Texas Tech is probably the 3rd best team in the Big 12 South, but they beat Texas. I also understand the conference tie-ins for BCS Bowl games, but that being said, wouldn't they be more fun to watch in a BCS bowl than BC or Cincinnati? 2 true cat!... Read More »
